Digital Displays for nft's

I BOUGHT THE TRIPPY BORED APE
HOW DO I DISPLAY IT?

NFTs are all the rage right now. With digital art finally being treated with the same consideration and rarity of real art. Collectors are flocking to sites like OpenSea or Nifty Gateway to purchase pieces to collect or to hold and later cash in. For instance, anyone who held a Bored Ape past June 1.

So, you have your world-class, rare art collection you just spent hundreds of thousands or millions on. You want to display them, to show them off like any collector does. You could print them out and frame them, but that loses the ‘digital’ part of your art. You could also put them on any of the great frames that exist. Samsung has a 65” specifically for this. At the end of the day, they’re TVs. Let’s be honest here, are you really going to spend 700k on art and display it on a $2000 TV?

They suffer from the same problems any flat panel does, they just aren’t bright enough in the sun. You might live in a bunker or a cave, no really, if you’re into crypto, we’ve met some people over the years, it wouldn’t even phase me. For those of you that don’t, here is the best solution for displaying your Nifties.

MEET THE WALL FROM SAMSUNG

Sotheby’s chose Samsung as their displays for their NFT auction, and it’s no wonder. You get incredible blacks, amazing contrast, and brightness that you can dial up to obnoxious, if you so choose. They’re designed for retail or other commercial applications, so they are meant to be ran all day. Since they use LED instead of organic LED, they have an incredible lifespan.
They’re also modular, meaning they tile, and you can build a variety of shapes with them. This means you can completely fill the wall or cut-out. You can also create shapes beyond rectangles with them, allowing for artistic expression of your art (so, so, meta). Depending on pixel pitch, we can also do concave or convex panels as well. Allowing for some interesting applications.

WHAT IS PIXEL PITCH?

Simply put, the pitch of an LED wall, is how far apart the individual diodes are.
The finer the pitch, the closer you can be where you see a smooth image. Whatever the pitch is, double it, change from millimetres to meters, and you have your minimum viewing distance. For instance, a .8 pitch wall, means at 1.6m you won’t see individual diodes.

THE FUTURE

It’s pretty obvious which is better, between the TV or an LED wall. Give me a shout today to talk more about your space, so I can help you find the best product to show off your collection.
With most of the world supply chains lacking the past 2 years, panels are no different. Samsung thinks these are TV’s, boardroom and conference room displays, or just a display for your lobby so you can play waves all day. That doesn’t leave many of these displays for NFT collectors. Do you really want to be the last one in the Clubhouse room to get a proper display for your art?
