An audio visual consultant is an AV professional who provides consulting services by working with the client for all of their needs; determining solutions to fit their needs, and designing a system that is purpose-built. An AV consultant is exclusively responsible for determining the needs of the client and designing the system. At Digital Edge, we do some AV consulting, but we do so much more. We design the system, propose, supply, install and program the system. A company like ours will often get hired to build the system that a consultant designed.
